Parallel zu seiner internationalen Karriere in global t\u00e4tigen Immobilien-, Infrastruktur- und Beratungsunternehmen hat er Immobilieninvestmentgesellschaften aufgebaut und weiterentwickelt. In leitenden Funktionen arbeitete er dabei f\u00fcr Fortune-500-Unternehmen und f\u00fchrende nationale Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-casasoft-blocks-text text-small text-left\">Seine Arbeit konzentriert sich darauf, Immobilien und die damit verbundenen Organisations- und Betriebsmodelle als strategische Werttreiber zu positionieren und Kapitalallokation, operative Umsetzung und langfristige Performance miteinander zu verbinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-casasoft-blocks-heading cs-heading cs-heading--primary\"><h2 class=\"\">Werdegang<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-casasoft-blocks-text text-small text-left\">Neben seinen unternehmerischen und investitionsbezogenen Aktivit\u00e4ten im Immobilienbereich bekleidete Philipp Rusch leitende Funktionen in international t\u00e4tigen Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-casasoft-blocks-text text-small text-left\">Zuletzt war er als VP \/ Global Head of the Commercial Real Estate Vertical bei Siemens Smart Infrastructure t\u00e4tig. Zuvor hatte er bei CBRE verschiedene F\u00fchrungsfunktionen inne, darunter Managing Director und Regional Alliance Director EMEA. In diesen Rollen verantwortete er strategische Immobilienmandate, internationale Kundenorganisationen und komplexe operative Strukturen in Europa, dem Nahen Osten und Afrika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-casasoft-blocks-text text-small text-left\">In fr\u00fcheren Funktionen bei Johnson Controls leitete er integrierte Immobilien-, Bau- und Facility-Management-Leistungen sowie Investitionsprojekte. Dabei verantwortete er komplexe Kundenportfolios und f\u00fchrte strategische und operative Transformations- und Verbesserungsinitiativen. Zus\u00e4tzlich war er als Arbeitgebervertreter Mitglied des Stiftungsrats der Schweizer Pensionskasse von Johnson Controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-casasoft-blocks-text text-small text-left\">Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann er bei PricewaterhouseCoopers im Bereich Assurance Financial Services, wo er nationale und internationale Finanzinstitute beriet und pr\u00fcfte.
